Grina horrek Leioako Ostalaritza Eskolan prestatzera eraman ninduen. Hortik, errealitatera, euskal sukaldaritzaren erreferenteetako bat den Boroa jatetxearen eskutik. Zazpi urte haietan aldaketa kualitatibo handia jasan nuen, gaitasunari, eskakizunei eta kalitateari zegokienez, eta denboraldia prestakuntza biribila izan zen 2015ean Mexikon abentura bati ekiteko. Hala, Aitana eta Emilio jatetxeetako sukaldariburu gisa, lurrin, testura, zapore eta sukaldaritzako teknika berriak ezagutu nituen. <\/p>\n

2024ko ekainaz geroztik, Kanala Beacheko sukaldaritzaz arduratzen naiz, talde bikain batek lagunduta. Proiektua pozgarria da, eta nireganatu ditudan ezagutzak eta esperientziak praktikan jartzeko aukera eman dit.
